This practical training provides you with all the necessary knowledge to answer questions on employing foreign workers, ID legislation and regulations and the Compulsory Identification Act.
After completing this training, you will be able to verify ID document’s authenticity, according to the Compulsory Identification Act. You will also learn to establish whether the person standing in front of you is the person the document belongs to (tactical and technical profiling regarding ‘lookalike’).
This training is especially suited for any (junior) HR professional, responsible for verifying ID documents and the administrative handling of these documents.
For account managers, responsible for acquisition and client visits, this training provides the tools to interact more professionally. The entry level for this training is MBO+.
To achieve the maximum result from the training, we require engagement from all participants. Especially the case studies, that cover the lion share of the training, require quite an intensive contribution from the student.
NEN-inspection
This training complies with all requirements for ID-checks as specified by NEN 4400-1. After completing this training your temporary employment agency could be eligible for a lower NEN-inspection frequency. For this purpose, you receive a certificate of participation with all the topics covered.
