The added value of international searching
More and more temporary employment agencies focus on international recruitment to fulfil Dutch job openings. However, the response behaviour has changed over the years: not all of the possible candidates online actually click on the vacancy.
A lot of (senior) intermediaries and recruiters were trained to use a rolodex or candidate database and conduct personal interviews. Over the years nearly all professionals have set up their own LinkedIn or Facebook account, Twitter and Instagram profile or even Snapchat. However, we still fall back on the old, tried and trusted, methods or our own system. But is that still sufficient?
