De training is suited for any (junior) HR professional who want to learn how to effectively network and present a rock-solid pitch. The entry level for this training is MBO+.

Approach

The training Pitching and Networking is a blended learning: the course is a combination of an e-learning, physical in-class sessions and on-the-job training. The theory is prepared in advance, leaving more time for deep dives and practise during the in-class session.

But that is not all! After the in-class session you get started on a number of practical assignments, learning by experience, interaction, and reflection. Preferably by pairing up with your manager or a colleague.

Duration and study load

This training consists of preparatory assignments (8 hours) and an in-class training of one full day.
